Joshua Tree, CA
Growing up in LA everyone raved about Joshua Tree, but I’d never ventured out there. The migration of so many creatives to the area made me curious about all the hype. My husband planned a trip for my birthday so we headed to the desert expecting an adventure.
I fell in love with the peaceful views, the town’s creativity, the opportunities for exploration in the National Park, the quiet hot air and the pink sky during sunset. I even fell for those weird-looking Joshua Trees. I loved waking up every morning in our Airbnb to endless desert views. It was a complete dream of a trip and I can’t wait to go back.
