I think just about every blogger I follow has been to the Ace Hotel Palm Springs. I knew it would be beautiful, but it is more than that. I loved eating at King's Highway (which used to be a Denny's!). It's incredible what beautiful design will do to transform a space. We tried very hard not to order everything on the menu. What we did end up getting (avo toast + ricotta pancakes) was amazing! It's worth all the hype!
